  • Cancellation :- You can cancel your order before dispatched by sending us order id via Email - care@gavatri.comΒ or WhatsApp - 9737072307. However, we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or incorrect information. In such cases, you will be fully refunded (if prepaid). once order dispatched, it can not be cancel.

  • Return & Exchange :- As much as we would love to accommodate all requests, we do not offer returns or exchanges, except in the following two cases :-

  1. If we have sent you the wrong product.
  2. If the product arrived damaged.

if below 2 conditions happen We accept Return With in next 1-2 business day and Refund also process within 7-9 business day.

  • Return Process :- In either of the above situations, you must return the product in its original packaging, unopened and unused. Please initiate the return by contacting us and note that you will be responsible for arranging the return shipment to our facility. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed with either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.Β 

  • Refund Conditions :- Refunds are only possible if the product meets our return criteria. Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund. Customers must provide proof, such as photos or videos, that the product was received in the wrong condition or damaged.Β

  • Quick InspectionsΒ :- Once your returned item reaches us, we’ll inspect it, and if everything is ok,Β we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.Β
